Shipping and payment conditions

1) Order acceptance and processing
Orders are accepted subject to availability only.
The delivery times stated are approximate times. We reserve the right to extend the delivery time or rescind orders in case of
unforeseeable delivery problems. The customer shall not be entitled to claim damages due to delivery delays.
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract in case of delayed delivery, provided a reasonable time period for later delivery has been set.
The processing of accepted orders shall be carried out in accordance with the following conditions.
2) Shipping costs
Our deliveries are currently carried out by DPD, DHL or FedEx. Rebecca Trade GbR shall choose the carrier for each delivery.
Shipping of magazines up to 1 KG will be done with german postal service (Deutsche Post)

CoD deliveries (only in Germany) will incur a fee of €3.60. Another €2.00 must be paid to the delivery person at the time of receipt of the goods.
3) Payment options
Purchases can be paid via PayPal, CoD (Cash on Delivery - Germany only) or prepayment by bank transfer. Goods shall only be delivered after payment has been received in full. In certain countries we offer credit card payments via Paypal (no paypal account neccessary).
4) Complaints
We must be notified of complaints within 10 days after the receipt of the goods. The relevant goods must be returned along with a statement regarding the reason for the complaint. Minor standard deviations with regards to quality, finish and appearance shall not be accepted as reasons for complaints. In cases, where we are responsible for the complaint reasons, we shall be entitled to replace faulty goods or to issue a credit note for the net delivery value as stated on the invoice for the goods returned to us.
5) Place of fulfilment is Pinneberg; place of jurisdiction is Pinneberg.
6) Should any of the conditions stated prove to be invalid, then the remainder of these conditions shall remain unaffected without exception.
